No refund after 8 working days

Never go for Maky My Trip.

I tried booking a flight ticket on 30-Jun through MakeMyTrip.com. The transaction failed two times and I lost Rs.11958/- in each transaction. My booking referance id is IN1006B12064. When I call the customer care I get a reply that the case has already been escalated to concerned dept and I will receive the refund within next 7 working days. I think the customer care executives have been trained to give this reply because I am so used to hearing it. I was also told that on 9-Jul I would get a response from accounts dept. But I never received any. On contacting the customer care I was assured of getting a response on 10-Jul. This time also I was unlucky. On cantacting again they assured me of getting response from account dept on 12-Jul. Guess what I was unlucky the third time. On 9-Jul I received the refund for the first transaction. Till now I have not received the refund for the second transaction. The customer care is pathetic that cannot give me Refund Reference Number.

Once again I adive every one to avoid Make My Trip. They donot value for the customer's money.
