Non avalability of wheel balance at service

I have sx4 zxi car, i finished 3 free services at S.B. motors Rajamundry city while serviceing i asked the supervisor why you are not doing wheel balanceing of my car its alredy compleated 10000KM, then he given reply that they dont have the fecility to do the wheel balance of my car.

till know my car has not been done wheel balanceing because your deler.this is very bad thing tha such a big maruthi suzuki company giving like service
