Service and damages during service

I gave my car for second scheduled service alst week

with the complaint that car was shaking at 80kmph.

during the day i recieved a phone call that the car would require wheel balancing which is not covered under the free service. and also the extended warranty. and even how could a car require wheel balancing without a manufacturing defect on 5000kms.

and even the then the problem is not fixed the car is still shaking at 100kmph...

i was charged 250 for the wheel balancing wheras the labour charges should be covered under my7 extended warranty..

now when i was placing my toolkit back in the car the seat pulley which is required to be pulled came in my hand . he second time only it was used and the thing came off this all is a bad manufacturing and still maruti is not ready to accept that there iare defects in the car and everything is borne by the consumer... either there dealerships are conning the consumers or the company itself...

the dealersjip i gave my car for service and vought from was the same. and still they are not ready to accept the damages of manufacturing defect and are harassing me to pay for the part even when the part is not available with them... kinldy somebdy help.
