I have booked a swift ldi in Modern Automobiles, Chandigarh vide Receipt No.42794 dated 22.06.2011. I received a letter from Modern Automobiles in Oct for the delivery of vehicle. When I reached there they said the vehicle has been offered to next customer and u will get the delivery within 7-10 days. Still today I have not get any delivery of the vehicle.. Should i go to consumer court.
