Maruti Insurance Delay in Claim Settlement

Dear Team,

I have made the payment of Rs. 6202 from hdfc bank account for Car insurance policy no MI11211210053816 on dated 18-4

However, the policy document bearing r having wrong registration number UA12A5949

Now they are refusing to reimburse my claim and I am chasing them like anything during my working hours.

I am sure that there is a mistake from KTL Motor's end and due to the same I am facing lot of difficulty

Request you to intervene on priority and resolve my issue at the earliest.
