I have taken a Alto from Mohon Motor Udyog (DN 18 Salt Lake City, Sector V, kol-700091, phone: 4015 3333, Email: [email protected]) and I got the delivery on last Friday at about 6 PM in the evening. Next day we found that there is an issue in the dickey (Gap in one side of the dickey) and both the axles are rusted. Many parts in the vehicle under body are badly rusted. I am very upset with the newly delivered car. This is a brand new ALTO and this is totally not expected.
Car has not been on road yet and the registration papers have not being sent yet from the showroom. I hope to get urgent assistance from you in this matter and hope to get the car replaced.
