Maruti suzuki
False commitment

Dear Sir,

I have purchased a Maruti Suzuki Wagon R on 4th october 09 from My car indore.

As My car have new dealership in Indore they commited a lot of things to lure the customers. They had commited that they will provide 4th year warranty to me as a benifit if I purchase car from them. I got a written endorsement agaist this.

But I have not got any additional benifit yet. I had been in touch with the agent but they are not at all interested in my issue. I am planning to file a case against my car in consumer forum. Even the agant is saying that you are free to file the case.
