Maruti suzuki/new swift
Poor service

I had given my new swift for first service on 20Th Decemberat Sagar motors, bannerghatta road Bangalore, I did get the car from service on time. However, the gave the car back with scratches on the seat belt panel and dash board. When approached, they said the scratches were there from before and they were not responsible. However, there were no mentions of the scratches on the job card. The manager refused to take a second look at it even though the scratches were fresh. Can some one please suggest me as to what to do.

And I kindly urge people, no beg people not to step into sagar automobiles for any reason what so ever.
