This is to bring to your kind notice that my car met with an accident on 13 may and i have given my car to maruti suzuki dealer T.R. Sawhney Motors Pvt. Ltd at 33 & 34, HARICHAND MELARAM COMPLEX, EAST GOKULPUR, WAZIRABAD ROAD, DELHI - 110094 to fix it up under insurance claim. They promised me to deliver my car within 4 days. As you can clearly estimate that its being more than 15 days and i havent recieved my car. Whenever i call either they dont pick my fone or they give lame excuses. I have tried my level best to get my car even complaining about this matter on maruti suzuki official site and toll free number but there is no positive response from there side. So i would like the concerned authority to look into the matter and take immediate actions in my favour. I will be highly obilized if you do so as you can easily understand my situation.
