I booked a Swift VDI on date 25 July vide Cheque dated 25/07; through dealer RKBK Automobiles Pvt Ltd., Gorakhpur. The Booking Receipt number is 1495. The dealer promised to deliver the car in 6 weeks. I am highly perturbed to say that more than 6 months have passed but I am still awaiting for the delivery of my vehicle.
I have been regularly chasing up with the dealer since the booking but the dealer is dilly dialing under one pretext or the other. After an unexpected long wait, the dealer asked me to deposit the entire balance amount which I have already done but the dealer is still not giving me the delivery of the car. I am confused and perplexed to comment whether this misdemeanor is from the Dealer M/s RKBK Automobiles Pvt. Ltd, Mohadipur, Gorakhpur, but the fact is that I am definitely suffering at the behest of MUL. Such false promises or malpractices are not expected from reputed company like MUL. Through the content of this letter, I am formally informing and lodging complaint with you with an expectation of immediate and prompt action from MUL, henceforth I would be forced to take appropriate legal action.
