Hi,

This is regarding the service availed at Bimal Auto agency Whitefield Road. I had my Maruti Suzuki Swift Car's rear windsheild broken. Hence decided to get a new one fixed at Bimal as it is near my house. While I discussed the cost and approved for fixing the glass, I had requested the service advisor to take care of the vehical while he starts the work. They fixed the glass and told me take the delivery next day for them to clean the vehical and hand over. But while taking the delivery I saw many small scratches on the below new glass that was fixed till the rear bumper. Out of them some where deep scratches. When I enquired about it, they said that would have happened while the glass pieces were removed. I took the delivery with lot of dissatisfaction as they had cleaned the car very unprofessionally.

The customer care executive called me for feedback and I told them that it was very very pathetic experience and I was not at all satisfied.
