Delivery of SWIFT ZDI

I have booked new swift ZDI (white colour) in the name of my father Mr, R P Singh from KTL Pvt Ltd, LUCKNOW in the month of august and i have been given commitment to deliver within 3 months but till i have not got any information and exact date of my delivery and there excuses are not rational.

kindly look in this regard i am tired of waiting.
