Deliberate delay in delivery of vehicle

Sir,

This is in regards the deliberate delay in delivery of car Maruti Suzuki Swift Dzire VXI booked by me at Audi Motors Ltd, Bikaner (email id: [email protected]) on 16 Feb (Booking Receipt no- AML/08366). At the time of booking i was assured of the delivery of car by 15 mar but even after several visits in the showroom and making several calls to the dealer, the car is still not delivered. On 14 mar when i gave a call to the dealer, they said that the car is ready for dispatch at the Maruti Suzuki Udyog at Gurgaon but is not being dispatched as the Udyog is waiting for the new budget to be effective and deliver the vehicle at the the new price which would definitely be more than the current price. This is a cheating to the customer as all my efforts to buy the car at pre-budget rates have gone in vain. I would therefore like to know from the Udyog as to why is there a deleberate delay in delivery of the vehicle and also the explanation to the cheating.
