Maruti Swift Dezre
Irresponsibility

My name is Sujith Vasudev from Kerala,

I have owned a Swift Dezre. KL 01 AV 2412.

Purchased on April.

Now its passed 29000 km,

Only this much of time period my Battery was out of condition 2 weeks before and its changed.

Now before 3 days the clutch system is out...

This indicates that the Dezre will only have a life of maximum 2 years.

And of course your customer service is aria is too week in Kerala cause of inefficient attenders and management. Before 3 days I dropped my vehicle in to your station and they found a complaint on clutch system. They told me that it will take 7 days to solve. So I asked another vehicle for my day to day activities. They agreed that and I once went there to get the vehicle, but I did not found a single person who is responsible for that wing. And I lost my whole day for hang on that issue.

And I am still waiting, they never make a call on that.

It is all about Popular Maruti dealer, Killippalam, Karmana, Thiruvanthapuram. Kerala.

Please consider your customer about atleast 50% if there is really a CUSTOMER CARE SERVICE.
