I, B. Radhakrishnapillai, Kalackattethu, Pavumba, Kollam, have paid Rs. 10000/- as booking charge for swift dzire Lxi from Popular Vehicles And Services Ltd. Kollam. My booking date is 15.06.2010.At the time of booking they assured me that the vehicle should be delivered within two months or before Onam. Now they has not promissed their words. Now they says to me Maruti Udyog Ltd . recieve Rs.50000/- for booking charge of swift dzire Lxi. So my booking priority lost. Is this true? Is Maruti produce such instructions? At the time of booking they are not informed me, that the booking charge is Rs.50000/-.I request your good self, please issue directions to that dealer to deliver the vehicle at the earliest.
