I WISH YOU HAPPY NEW YEAR AND SAME TO MARUTI PVT LIMITED.

SIR, I OWN SWIFT GLAM PURCHASED IN NOV. DUE TO BAD LUCK I SUFFERED ACCIDENT ON 14 AUGUST AND I DEPOSITED MY CAR FOR OVERHAULING IN CITY CAR, SATNA ON 26 AUGUST AND TILL NOW I HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY CAR. I ALSO CONTACTED CUSTOMER CARE ON 27 DECEMBER (COMP NO.-311021680) BUT STILL I HAVE NOT RECEIVED ANY INFORMATION ABOUT THE STATUS OF CAR.

SIR, MY BROTHER'S MARRIAGE IS SCHEDULED ON 23 JANUARY, FOR WHICH I NEED CAR URGENTLY.IF I DO NOT RECEIVE THE CAR, IT WILL CAUSE HUGE EMBARRASSMENT TO ME.

AS MARUTI IS ADJUDGED BEST CUSTOMER CARE, I HOPE THAT YOU WILL TAKE ACTION AS EARLY AS POSSIBLE.
