Battery is not available in showroom

I bought Maruti swift LDI on 04.05.2011. My car was giving starting trouble. Identified battery problem. Car was given to Krish Automotors Pvt Ltd in Wazirpur on 02.06.11 to replace the battery but they responded that battery neither available in the workshop nor available with the Exide battery dealer. Today is 06.06.11 and I am still waiting for the replacement of battery in the car. In the workshop I have spoken with number of person including Akhilesh Garg Contact Number 9910114255, supposed to be some Sr. person in the workshop but he was also not able to help me out in this case. When I enquire about how much time it will take to get the job done they don't have the answer. This is pathetic service by workshop. My car is still in workshop without any solution. So, what should I do now as you are may last hope.
