Complaint against Service Manager
Dear Sir,
This is in reference to state that I am a regular customer of your company. I purchased the following cars from your company.
Alto DL9CK 1267- 2004
WagonR DL3CAW 2239- 2007
Swift DL9CY 5794- 2010
I purchased Maruti Swift LDI model in may. I am facing a problem of Poor mileage and a Noise Vibration while driving the car after when I get serviced my car in 16 April at your MSSD Naryana. I had filed complaint many times at your service center in Naryana, New Delhi, but the problem is still the same.
If this is your way of resolving the complaints of the customers, then I will take in account of not purchasing the maruti vehicle in the future. Therefore kindly look at this problem and try to resolve this as soon as possible.
I will be expecting the solution of this problem very soon. The Details of the vehicle are as follows:
