I purchased a vehicle from MARUTI True value, Nagpur during November. During test drive, I complained about the bad brake and bouncy clutch problems to the dealer. After full payment of vehicle, the manager (Mr. Lokhande) advised me to take the delivery with an assurance to take necessary steps to resolve the existing problem then. The problem was not entertained positively during my first free servicing and got worsen during my second free service last week. It was suggested to change the brake pads as it had lost its efficiency and become alarming to keep continue with it.
The complaint was never taken seriously since i brought the vehicle resulting payment of changed parts during second servicing. Mr. Lokhande was being contacted by me several times during this frustrating moments and he always replied that "I will talk to the mechanics and will call you back soon"... I actually never got his revert call at all.
My concern is " can we trust the True value persons like this and keep getting cheated every time"?
Is there anybody who can take this matter seriously for the sake of reputation of True value and return the unnecessary money spent towards repair and replacement charges during Free servicing"?
