I would like to bring to your kind notice that the members of the Sales Department at Stan Wheels, Ferozpur Road, Ludhiana; Mr. Amanpreet and Mr. Inderjit, had finalized the sale of Maruti Wagon R VXi (M) with me on 9th Dec. which was a gift for my brother on his wedding anniversary. On the 10th of Dec. 2010 I received a call from Mr. Amanpreet to reach the agency for delivery of the car as per the finalized deal. But when I arrived with my family at Stan Wheels, I was refused delivery on the pretext that the deal has not been approved.
It is a matter of great embarrassment and indignation that such treatment was meted out to us. We were subjected to further humiliation by Mr. Ajay Sharma who feigned ignorance about the deal and very insolently told us to accept his terms of a new deal or leave. Even after my personal call to your good self, Mr. Ajay Sharma refused to accept his mistake and make the necessary amends.
Me, my family and friends have always trusted Stan dealership for Maruti vehicles but due to the form of treatment meted out to us our faith in it is thoroughly shaken. The uncouth behavior of the above mentioned sales personnel were the last straw in devastating our plans for the auspicious occasion of my brothers’ anniversary.
It goes without saying that we shall not be advising our friends and family to approach your dealership, lest they too face such treatment at the hands of your sales personnel.
