Dear Sir / Madam,
I sunil srivastava owner of Maruti Zen Estilo VXI (ABS) in the month of March i got my car hit from behind, and i sent my car for repair at Spectra Motor (Borivili) from where i had purchased my estilo, first of all the dent has not been completely removed (car still has wrinkle in Chasis) and few parts such as cover of the area where extra fuse box is given under the steering wheel has been missing i come to know only when my left side fog lamp got fuse and when i went for the replacement of fog lamp bulb i was told by the mechanic that the cover is not there. second, the bottle holder near grear shift shaft that assembly is replaced it seems as the same is loose and again this i have noticed when my wife lifted the water bottle and the entire assembly came out along with the bottle.
now my complain that during the repair my bottle holder assembly has been replaced with the old damaged one and a cover below the steering wheel has been removed, after the repair work my car which earlier use to give 18 kmpl on highway gives only 13.5kmpl. while driving on second gear my car experiences shuddering.
so i conclude that the person has done the repair work was unskilled and the craftmenship was pathetic apart from that they were thiefs by nature,
my car is just a year old but if any one sits in it feels like five year old one car find sound from every where all plastic faring make noise.
if my complaint has not been resolved i will be bound to go to consumer forum, .
hoping a quick response from your good end, i agree my fault of not complaining it earlier but this is because i am doing it only when i noticed the same.
