I find Maruti is not caring much for customer now. I bought a CNG wagon R in June. The nozzle is non std size. Some CNG pumps do not have the fitting nozzle. maruti has not responded at all despite my several reminders, to provide at least some adapter to suit the std size. No response from Maruti.
Besides the nozzle is in rear portion, whereas most of CNG kits have nozzle in front in bonnet. The CNG pumps are installed to cater to them. as a result maruti car has to be taken in reverse near the pump. It is troublesome...
Maruti car specs does not mention CNG tank capacity in KG, but in litres.!! How can the CNG capacity in litres is useful to us, when the delivery is in KG? and the tank filling depends on the pressure which varies from pump to pump? How can we plan long drives, when we do not know the full capacity?
Maruti has yet not told upto what max pressure and capacity can we fill? what is the full capacity of CNG tank? I normally able to fill only 8 to 9 kg, which can run upto 160 km. so i hv to refill every 3 days, by spendig half an hour at CNG pump.
I suggest people thinking to buy Maruti CNG cars, pl think twice..
