Today morning I booked a cab from New Delhi Railway station to NOIDA for my sister. Booking ID : 1000214912, Cab No. DL 1RT 5155, Driver Name: Neeraj Malhotra - 9718090282.
The driver left my sister with her 6 yr daughter & 3 luggage on the way and went. He even talked very indecently with her and went on to the extent of telling her do whatever you can, talk to the call centre but i would not go and dropped her on the road half way. As per his version, he was told from his call centre to cancel the booking and leave the passenger mid way.
