Egarding refund

On 17th August i had a flight from Ranchi to Delhi with PNR No. 00258U.

Due to late arrival of mine, i missed the flight and i got a no show status at the Ranchi Airport. In that no show status it was mentioned that only PSF charge will be refundable which was 229/- rs.

I asked customer care executives named Swatima, Jurnail, Alka and others several times for the refund and every time they said that the money will be reflected in my credit card.

But till today no money has been refunded. The question is not about the refund of just 229/- rs. but the main concern is that why they don't honour their written or verbal words.

Pleae take a due action so that i will get the refund.
