Not reached till 8 days to katihar as booked with luggaase

I have booked my Bike with Registration No. DL 9SU 6313 on 10th of January On Old Delhi railway station but till date it is not received to Katihar parcel house.

Package Booking Bill No.is 4110610303.

My parent is daily visiting katihar parcel dept. but they don't have any answer. I vary sorry but we need to privatized Indian railways as they are unprofessional.

I am ready to file case against Indian railway parcel dept.
