I have bought an TVS Wego in June '10 from Prakash Enterprises, Akola.
Within a month we were facing problems relating self start. After number of rounds to the service centre we got the battery replaced. But again from last 2 months we are having the same problem. Now they are not responding to the complaint. Some of my frends who are owing WEGO are facing the same problem. Daily we have to go for tutuions and college and we have to kick it many times rather than self start for which we have paid for.
As many other are facing the same problems regarding this, we conclude that there is a manufacturing defect or the design defect in this Moped. And attitude of the dealer and company is very negative regarding this complaint. Its warranty is going to expire within a month. What should i do if the problem persist still then.
