Respected sir/madam

I have purchased a brand new wagon r from ABT MARUTI CUDDALORE.My vehicle description

chassis No:33170, Engine No:7099201, vehicle ID: MA3EWDE1S00338170, Invoice Date:14/12.

on delivery they promised me a cash discount plus Rs 5000 worth free acessories. It includes (steering cover, seat cover, perfume etc..) but i was disappointed to see none of the acessories was available in my car.when i questioned about this i was surrounded by the staffs of abt maruti cuddalore, and was shown ugly face.

we are from a reputed family running transport bussiness, dealing with tatas & leylands, we never faced such an ugly siutuation so far.we have toyato innova, indigo, altis were the dealers have never disappointed us. During delivery of the vehicle we never even performed the customery pooja which every dealer does for every vehicle before delivery.we were literally pushed out of the campus.(denyed of all the rights) i was shocked to see none of staffs of abt maruti has approached us for compromise or to satisfy the customer till now.

after buying a car treat cusomers as DOG.
