Subject-Complain of Less supply cum menu confirmation of Swarn Shatabdi no-112004
Dear Mr Radhey Mohan,
This is to reconfirm our telephonic conversation on 19 march-11 on ph no—09910492233, regarding the complain of less supplies of Tea/Sugar and Milk powder bags on Train no 12003 dt 19 March-11 from Lucknow To New Delhi.
In this context once again I would like to lodge to complain in written to your company.
I Anish Mehrotra was travelling by Train no 12003 on 19 March-11 at seat No-4 coach No-6 boarded from Kanpur for New Delhi.
My PNR No is 2316968074.
When snacks were Served I opened the tea/sugar packet which was sealed with tape, it contained only one bag of Tea, Sugar and Milk powder where as per the menu decided by IRCTC there should be 2 bags of each.
On enquiring from the serving staff of your company he only responded with smile and provided me another packet sealed with tape, on opening I could once again found same quantity of tea, sugar that is one bag of each.
Hence I called upon you on the no 09910492233 which was written on the menu card.
You have listened my complain and than confirmed on phone that from the commencement of the shatabdi train and that too Lucknow to New Dehi both UP & DOWN TRAINS, only one bag of Tea, Sugar and Milk powder was being served.
Just to share with you that there were 5 other relatives (Seat no 3, 20, 21, 22, 23, Coach No-6) who were travelling with me also had the same supply of one bag each of Tea, Sugar and Milk Powder.
To further confirm the same I would request you to kindly confirm the menu on mail as assured by you for Shatabdi especially 112004 and what is the exact quantity being served to the passengers
I shall be highly obliged and satisfied and will have clarity about the integrity of your organization and the people.
