Money deduction without booking the ticket

Dear sir,

I was booking one ticket from Chennai to Ranchi on 25th february. The money got deducted from my account but transaction failed and i couldnt book my ticket.

So please credit the amount of Rs 454 back to my HDFC account as soon as possible..
