Vehicle suddenly stop and starting problem

We took the cash delivery of Suzuki access 125 against my booking sr. no. 4776. There was the starting problem during the delivery at that time your engineer attends the problem and set the carburetor. I had taken the vehicle with not satisfied condition only for one day testing to check.

When I reached to the nizampura again vehicle stop immediately at the same time I tried to start and think petrol is less against your filled condition. So again I filled the power petrol of HP make of 2ltr. And apply chock vehicle started but as soon I released the chock vehicle stop immediately.

How I went to home with vehicle that I know.

I tried several times to you but your line came engaged and lastly at 3:00pm I succeed to connect with you and discussed the matter to your engineer Mr. Vikey and brief the starting problem and sudden stop during running.

He admits and told for giving the breakdown service in evening only during 6:00pm to 7:00pm. And he will attend you at that time only, if further requires then I have to leave brand new vehicle for maintenance for one day.

So, I requesting to check but I am unable to accept to keep brand new vehicle for one day. That is matter of performance and quality to the customer.

I am requesting you to attend the problem immediately and try to solve
