I tried to book train ticket on 5.7.2012 through ngpay mobile applicaton. My account get debited for the amount of rs 884.But the ticket was not booked. I didnt receive any message/Mail from ngpay for failed booking. While I contacted through phone there is no response. I have mailed them about the issue but there is no reply from them. If they have noted about the issue they should have mailed/Msg us. But still there is no communication from them. I request them to refund the amount as soon as possible.
