Regarding defective hero honda pleasure scooty

I have purchased a pleasure scooty from hero honda showroom, sirsa
haryana on date:-24/2 nd from first day it is nt working
properely.
1.Scooty doesnt start properely.
2.While runing it stops suddenly nd doesnt start with so many kicks.
3.Leakage problem of petrol had occured so many times.
4.Average problem is there.
5.Battery problem is there.
From that day to till date 4/7 we have shown the scooty so many
times to the hero honda showroom. Every time they charge a lots of
money from us. Everytime giving the assurance that it will work well.
But now the condition is become too bad, it even not start. If started
then when it will stop in your way nobody knows...
Sir i have spent almost 50000 on first day of purchasing and after
that 150000 on its repair But still if I have to remain in
problem then whats the use of Your Prestigious Brand
So please do the needful as I am suffering From last 1yr 4
months...
