Change of date of birth in 10th certificate

Sir,

I have passed my 10th exam on May 1999.The problem is: My actual date of birth (As per Birth Certificate) is 17-03-1983.But as per the 10th certificate it is 13-03-1983.Recently i am in need of renewing my passport. And as per the immigration clearance formalities they require that the date of birth in both birth certificate and 10th certificate should be same. I know it is already late by 10 years. But sir, please i beg you to provide a solution for changing my date of birth in my 10th certificate at the earliest as i am in need to go abroad without delay.
