Duplicate battery

I am purchased honda activa on 4/10 from narmada honda showroom, mahboobnager. At the time of delivery battery is low & there is no power. The dealer said in running battery will charge. but it was not charged. When make charge at my mechanic, battery was getting heat and still self was not working...
