I had parked my scooter UP25AC/7678 eterno at Bareilly junction in the specified parking at 5.50 am on 29/02, when i collected my vehicle after giving the token issued and Rs.14/- as parking charges i found that the new seat of the aforesaid to be badly damaged. When I took the complaint to the station master Mr. Verma, he refused to give the complaint book for making the required complaint. He also refused to let me know the parking charges applicable.
Requesting you to take necessary action against this harassment and treat this as application for the payment of the damages incurred.
