Dear Sir,
This letter is for the general interest of people travelling with Indian Rail. My complaint is regarding the platform management of train. I am a frequent traveller with train number 14681 & 12055. These both train comes on platform number 3 on Meerut City Railway Station.
But on three to four days in a week the trains approach on platform no. 4 due to Delhi Sahranpur Passenger train number 54521 which comes before train number 14681 & 12055. The last minute announcement of shifting the passengers from platform number 3 to platform number 4 causes lot of harrasement. This may lead to a serious accident on any day.
Kindly schedule these three train on Meerut City railway station so that they come on the pre decided platform & save the people from harrasment.
