Sir, i haved booked two tickets to secunderabad from tirupati through done card from onestopshop but the tickets was not booked and the amount was debited in my account and i informed to customer care they are saying file file tdr but in tdr they are asking request number or pnr number which is not available i have only trasanction no. 0216586393 and the transcation id is 29521227 and the amt debited is RS.733 my done card no. is 85832483844836. pls make to credit the amt as early as possible
