I had booked my luggage from Sanpada; Navi Mumbai for Singasandra; Bangalore on 06 May.
My precondition to booking the luggage was that i need the delivery in Bangalore on morning 12 May on the given address. This discussion was held with Mr. AMIT (Phone: 07498379469) from Navi Mumbai office. The assurance given was that the luggae will definately reach Bangalore on 12 May. Based on the assurance as given by Mr Amit i booked my luggagee with Agarwal Express (which charges a premium in comparison with other vendors).
From 06 May onwards i was in daily touch with Mr Amit and was reminding him regarding delivery on 12 May almost on daily basis. On 10 May when i again called to ensure ontime delivery, Mr Amit got agitated and loudly told me "YOU WILL GET YOUR DELIVERY ON 12 MAY AND DO NOT CALL ME AGAIN." On 11 May still called Mr Amit if my delivery is ready for delivery on 12 to which he answered "YES IT IS READY AND YOU WILL GET THE DELIVERY TOMORROW".
On 12 May i started calling Mr Amit at 0800 hrs onwards and one more number provided earlier by Mr Amit (Mr Abhishek) but got no reply from both numbers. I kept on trying both numbers but could get to them only after 20 odd calls. Mr Amit once again assured me that the delivery will reach me between 1600 to 1700 hrs on 12 May itself but i when i asked the current location of the truck he was unaware. This made me suspicious of his promise and i finally called up customer care number from where i got no of Mr Sugam- Phone 9873336918 (presumably he is Manager Customer Care). Mr Sugam assured me to investigate the matter and revert to me within 45 minutes. He reverted to me in time and told that the truck has not reached Bangalore and will be reaching at night and i will get my delivery on morning 13May.
Today 13 May, i have been trying no of Mr Amit but he is not reachable, Mr Sugam has not answered my 10 of the calls and 3 SMS messages. Bangalore office is unaware of the status of the truck. I am stuck in the hotel already paying 30000 extra on my stay which has been added to my relocation cost due to unavailability of my luggage. With no help around i am disgusted with the services provided/not provided by Agarwal express.
Mr Abhishek, just called up my wife and used threatening language to my wife and told that they will deliver when they want to and she should stop calling and enquiring.
