Hi We hired a movers and packers to move our household goods from Bangalore to Pune. There name is "Agarwal Packers and Home Relocations" there complete address is
No.412, 3rd Main, 5th Cross, 8th Block, Koramangala Road, Bangalore - 560030.
They charged me exhorbitant amout of money and there staff is not willing to listen at all. They have been highly unprofessional and rude. They took consignment of 65items and now about 4-5 major items are missing still they are not willing to listen. Three persons involved from there side are
1.Pawan 9480318670 Executive at Bangalore who came at the time of giving the quote.
2. Amit 9021798555 Executive whose number was provided by Pawan as a point of contact.
3. Pradeep 932661119 Executive whose number was given by Amit.
The major problems were
1. They have been delaying by all kind of false stories/promises and I have been waiting for goods to be delivered since sunday15th April afternoon. and eventually the goods came at 9:30am on Tuesday 17th April.
2. Some major costly items missing
1, Nova 135
2. 1Single seater Lazy boy sofa.
3. Kids bed Bus front and back parts.
4. table legs clay
5. stablizer DVD player
I don't know how you can help me but atleast you can send an enquiry from legal channel. They will not do any such thing in future with anyone else. And if I get my stuff back that will be an added bonus for me.
