Extremely Poor Service - and an irritating behaviou

Hi

I had booked a car and house hold goods to be shipped from Noida to Chennai... the initial promises were very good - and acted as if they were very trustworthy... But the day the packing started, problem started. For shifting a 2BHK house, this company sent a 1 man army - just a single person to do all the packing and loading - without any common sense. Loading was over at 2.00 AM - with so much agony and pain... it is more than 15 days from now, and for the past 6 days, i have been repeatedly calling them- tehy have been making false promises - like delivery will be done tomorrow... things like that... they even have given a vehicle number - but still yet to receive... folks in Chennai - are just good for nothing - and very irritating behaviour... they are threatening - and I'm just helpless - without any clue of where really my goods are..and even worse is that... till now, i dont have any clue and information about my car...
