Hi sir/medam,

i would like to tell you that there is one bus 40/1 which route is from Maninagar to Iskon is never come on time and there is no scehdule in that bus. I am standing over the bus-stand over Anand nagar (from 8:15am to 9:25am) and no bus is arive in 1 hour, and this is always be done, often i have to wait for 1 to 1:30 hour for waiting this bus, and we are always getting late at our offices. You understand how public trnasport is important for middleclass family, i hope you understand.
