Refund amount not received for my cancelled flight ticket

I had a reservation of flight from madurai to chennai on 4th july. But i had received a flight cancelled intimation from paramount airways.i have asked them to make some other flight arrangements for me. But they didnt do that. They told me that they will full refund my ticket fare. But still now i didnt receive my amount back. But i had make compalaints 2 times in their customer care. Also sent an email regarding this. But they didnt respond me still. I am very much upset on their such worst service.

Still i am waiting for them to get my money back.
