This is in regard to refund of Helicopter booking due to failed transaction pending since 10-07 I have been writing many mails but no reply about the status You can see the mails as you scroll down. As a chairman I expect you to take necessary action

to sort out the issues regarding refund and stream line the procedure so that no devotee is affected. I have full belief in you to take action and refund my money In case you require any proof of payment of anything I will provide.

my devotee ID IS uvindhya amount Rs 710.37

pending since 10-07 my reference no is MVDH/192226

kindly ensure that the money due to me is returned.

I wanted to remaind you to reply as I have been sending so many mails but no

response from your side is it fair?

what do you require or what is the problem is there lack of personal to process the transaction? what ceo is doing what admin is doing what helpdesk is doing are they

also not getting mail I may have to approach ministry of aviation to resolve this problem.

I am very unhappy at the way things are handled
