Respected DRM,

i was traveled on dated 13/4 from Lokmanya tilak to Jangahi jn. Train no 011071 Kamayani Express Bogie no S-7

i was found 2nos. of fan not working i was complain through sms Ref.id: 1204130073 Complain no. S/CR/BSL/000011083

call has come from railway department when i am crossing Nasik Station and said by department person problem will be sort out upto

Khandwa stn. after crossing khandwa stn i was sms again complain will be pending again i received call from railway department it will be solve out

at Bhuswal stn.

but nobody will come to attend problem .i was suffer so hot in travel with my family.

kindly look into matter.
