I am not able to recieve any call from any aircel numbe

Sir,

First i was a Vodafone user. On 23 august i sent porting request and got porting code VE631279.After that i receive a SMS from Aircel that is-Dear customer, your request of mobile number portability is approved. Date and Time of Activation is 09/02 22:00:00.My number had started to work on 09/03 but not properly. Now, I can make a call for any network but can't receive call from any aircel number. In this situation i inform my problem to Aircel Customer Care but i have no solution. I complain to Aircel many time. My first complain no. is 1-5959225773 and second SR is 1-5993511165 but Today my problem is same as on 09/03.my number is 9838746123

Please help me...
