Flight cancelled refund

I had booking flight on 16/0912 for Kingfisher IT-181 Mumbai -Chennai-10/11 & ITI182 Cehnnai Mumbai-18/11 for a total sum of Rs.10442/-through yatra.com. The flight was cancelled by Kingfisher but they have not refunded Rs.10442/- to me yet. Yatra.com says Kingfisher has not refunded the amount to yatra so they not able to refund us back the money.
