Poor service
Unblock Consumer no 13124

I have the registered consumer from M/s Laxmi Enterprises, Nayapalli Bhubaneswar (IRC Village, near Gandhi Market Complex). On this month (December), I have Submitted the KYC form on 11.12.2012. But, still the Consumer no (13124) has not been unblock, Due this i have facing a lot of problem,

So i request to again to Gas distributors, Please look into the matter & treat as it urgent & unblock the consumer no-13124, So that i can transfer the consumer no-13124 from bhubaneshwar to Balasore.
