On 21 Nov 12, I made the full payment for a honda activa scooter to the dealer M/s Absolute Honda, who is the dealer in Mahipalpur, New Delhi. The tel no. is 011-4070000. Prior deciding to purchase the scooter from this dealer, I confirmed whether he would deliver the scooter with HSRP fixed. Mr. Ashok Bhatia a rep of the dealer assured me that he would deliver the scooter with HSRP fixed within 07 days of making the payment. However, the HSRP was not fixed and accordingly the scooter was not delivered even until 28 Dec 12 and Mr Ashok Bhatia mentioned that he could not confirm as to when the HSRP would be ready. Accordingly I found out the number of the person who manufactures the HSRP from the RTO Delhi site and spoke with him directly, and he assured me that the HSRP would be ready by 31 Dec 12. Surely the HSRP was ready and Mr Ashok Bhatia called me in the evening of 31 Dec 12 to confirm that HSRP has been fixed on my scooter and he would deliver it at my residence. I requested him to ensure that the requisite papers in original (viz. Insurance, RC and PUC) be delivered to me along with the scooter. However, the delivery man brought the scooter without the original insurance certificate and with no RC and PUC. Accordingly, I requested the delivery man to take the scooter back and deliver it with the papers in original. The delivery has not been made till date.
