Non-Issuance of Tatkal Tickets

Hi All,

A week ago when my friend went to Maninagar Railway Station Ahmedabad to book Tatkal Ticket for his mother and sister he was denied as his mother was not present at the station.

This was told to him after 10 hrs standing in the queue.

I want to penalise them for such misconduct. I am complaning on his behalf as I also book tickets for my mother who is sick and old and cannot walk. She is patient of brain tumor, how can indian railway make such rules.

Please take strict action.
