I went for servicing of my car model 2003 wagonr at service centre run by madhusudan motors at pratapura, agra on 6th jan at 1100 hrs. after initial checks by the service advisor mr lakshman he told me that the car will require steering change and work at clutch and will cost around 15000 but it will be absolutely like the new car and i have to leave car at service centre on that day and i will get the car on the next day by afternoon... but when i asked for the car on next day he told me that there is lot more work in the car and additional 8000 rs will be required and he will give car by evening but even in evening after i paid 24000 rs still the work was not completed hence i decided to take the car home and get it next morning but when i took the car home there was no change in the condition of the car... i took the car next day to the centre there now no one was interested in doing up the car as i had already paid them the money... i tried speaking to mr lakshman he said ho jaega kar denge but after about two hrs when i was fed up i spoke to manager there mr pratap tomar he also gave me no ear... i asked for the complaint register they said they dont have any such register and told me complain wherevr you can... i am not at all happy with the service being done to my car there is absolutely no change and the behaviour of people there after taking the money was atrocious i want my money back.
